    Tech support for this company is pretty much non-existent.

    From their own customer service chat " We were just overwhelmed with the inquiries and subscriptions especially the ones you want a paid subscription since late last week."

    They respond like this to pretty much any inquiry. From my experience, they clearly cant handle any sort of volume or customer interaction.

    You should look elsewhere if you want IPTV service.

    I tested this service and it seemed fairly reliable. However the UI isn't very good and the sound quality for most channels is terrible.

    I tried to order a free trial and it said that it may take 1-2 hours then after checking back an automated response then stated 24-48 hours. I then saw where support was terrible. Any advice?

    I bought the subscription for this, but the epg does not work. You have to click on each individual channel to see whats on. I contacted set tv and all I got was to reboot my system. This is on a windows 10 pc. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get it to work I would appreciate it.

    I installed the app & it offered me a 14 day trial. It provided me with my mac & Serial. So I filled the form out I get a same day response on Sunday that the offer ended last March & to please request a 3 day trial. Hello you have my info. So i requested the 3 day trial & here it is 4 days later and still nothing. I will be damn if I give them a cent let alone $20 dollars.

    This service is really bad, all channels are freezing every two seconds and I have a very fast internet. There is no costumer service, don't buy this shit

    So many bad reviews on set tv and i don't know why. if you have crapy internet you are going to get crapy service. I have had mine for over a year and never ever have had issues. Then again i am not cheap when it comes to internet and my devices.

    got settv so I could watch sports events like the Dodgers.  I have had to call settv customer support everyday because they did not link to the game on any of the 15 MLB channels.  After I call to report the problem, it takes awhile to link to the game.  This means I need to go to each MLB channel to see if the link is up.  WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME.   Further, after not finding programs on DEMAND I wanted to watch, they are not listed until a user calls support to request it.  WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME.   I ordered my settv box two  weeks ago and was told it took f-7 days.  It has now been 13 days and it has not shipped.   looked for programs on demand and scrolled to find some series beginning with THE, such as THE LAST SHIP, may be grouped together with all THE's.  Support is from the Phillipines so service will vary based on language abilities.  The worst representative, thus far, was eating on the call, I could hear children in the background and a TV.  Further, we seemed to be talking about different things as her replies did not match my end of the conversation

    it does not work any more. i think it is pretty much a scam. it worked for me the first month and then I was not able to use it anymore. I have been trying to contact customer service, called several times, emailed lots of times. and not even one answer, it been 5 days already since I payed. and havent been able to use it not even once

    This app sucks. I have this service for about 2 weeks and it lags like crazy. The 3 codes only works on 1 IP address. So I can't watch it on my phone when I'm out while my wife watching it at home.

    Solo Man, Not sure if this was already answered but is this Paid Service Legal in the US? If so then why is it any different than some Kodi Add-on?? It doesn't seem to work well with VPN so it seems that if it's illegal then it's just a sitting time bomb with my ISP, no?

    OK. My experience: Finishing second month of service. Started out ok. Recently progressively worse. Picture freezes dead. Many "channels" they show on their Electronic Program Guide simply do not have active programming. Like today. ABC an over the air service kept showing "Not Active". Try watching a live football game and get frustrated by a channel which is over the air.
    Like I said before way too much freezing on many channels. The program guide is not complete or accurate, so don't plan on using that. This past few weeks has just been a frustrating experience. I have the direct email for one of the guys who run this thing and can't get them to even email me back or speak with me. So your mostly taking twenty bucks and sending it into the a black hole where you can' expect any sort of help or service….so, needless to say I will not be renewing this less than acceptable service at the end of this monthly term. So, if your considering, and you decide to try it just do not pay for more than one month at a time. You, like me will not have any access to a refund. Give it a shot, try to get any help from these guys prior to signing up…sorry set TV, just trying to lay it out the way it currently is…

    They have horrible customer service and most channels don't work. Constantly have dead links. I tried for a 1 month and dropped them. Most on demand links to movies are from China, with subtitles that don't make sense.

    Don't make my mistake. Check the Better Business Bureau website…they have an F rating!! I signed up for the three-day free trial and had a few problems with buffering on the first day, but those resolved after I updated my router and internet speed. Thinking everything was ok, I foolishly signed up for the prepaid 6-month plan on September 22, 2017. After I paid-how convenient :)- I had problems every day. At least once per day, and usually twice daily or more, I would receive an error 200 screen when I tried to launch the service. When I called support, the pre-recorded message would indicate they were experiencing high call volumes and directed me to go to online chat where I would get a response in 5 mins. Well, I did that only to find the response time was more like a minimum of 30 minutes. After the first time I got help with the error, I knew what they would ask me for, so I would give them the MAC #s for my 3 devices with the error and just walk away from my pc and come back around 30 minutes later to see if they had responded…often they had not- I still had to wait. Like I said, this was happening daily. I finally got so frustrated that I asked them to cancel my 6-month plan and I would go on a month to month plan- hoping they would get their act together. They did refund me for 5 months, but then cancelled my subscription the next day. So the month I paid for that should have ended on 10/22/2017, was cancelled on 10/6/2017. I contacted them 3 times to explain my subscription was cancelled prematurely having to tell the whole story from the beginning each time because no one noted my account though they said they were going to do so. Each "Customer Service Rep" (and I use that term loosely) said they would have the issue fixed, my subscription still has not been restored. At this point I have given up (probably what they wanted) because I have spent so much time on this already that it's not worth the $14.00 they owe me. I do plan to make it my mission to warn as many other people as I can. I have run Customer Service Departments my entire career and I have never seen anything like the incompetence I have experienced with this company. Maybe these are just growing pains due to them being new and growing too fast, but buyer beware!

    This program is Crap Soloman. I gotta I enjoy your videos and recommendations but I've got to be honest with your subscribers. This program and support is simply HORRIBLE. It works when it wants to work, you can't use a vpn with it because it changes the MAC address and won't work. They're support takes at least an hour for support. I understand that you guys get a small cut for each subscription from your site but it's not worth your reputation.

    I have had nothing but problems. I got great customer service when signed up for one month. So I paid for 3 months now I have problems with waiting hours on the phone and even on there live support chat. i do not recommend it.
